Menerusi Facebook Sarawak Update, telah dikongsikan maklumat berkenaan mangsa, suspek dan juga kronologi kejadian tersebut: Butir-butir si mati : Si mati pertama : Si mati kedua : Tangkapan : Pd tarikh 6 /8/14@ 0600hrs, JSJ IPD Kuching tlh membuat tangkapan ke atas 1(L) Cina & 2(L) Mel utk siasatan lanjut : OKT (B1) : 29 thn OKT (B2) :23 thn OKT (B3) :19 thn OKT ( B4) : 35 thn Hasil soal siasat awal : Punca kejadian : - Kedua-dua simati baru pulang dr pub di Travilion dan singgah di Long house cafe untuk minum minuman keras. - Kumpulan suspek yang pulang dari minum minuman keras di Bt 3 juga telah singgah minum di tempat yang sama. - Kumpulan suspek nampak kedua-dua simati sedang bergaduh sesama sendiri dan telah menegur simati. - OKT mendakwa salah seorang simati telah terbalikkan meja dan menampar muka suspek. - Simati seterusnya melarikan diri dan dikejar oleh kumpulan suspek. - OKT (B2) keluar dari kereta dengan bersenjatakan pisau dan mengejar dan menikam simati sehingga mati. - Jarak di antara kedua-dua mayat adalah l/k 20 meter. - Simati tealh datang ke Kuching pd bulan Jun 2014 bersama beberapa rakan senegaranya untuk menjalani latihan amali di Hospital Umum Sarawak sehingga 8/8/14. - Simati tinggal di hotel Singgah Sana Lounge, Kuching bersama rakannya. Kedua-dua simati tidur sebilik. - Pasukan Forensik IPK telah menjumpai 2 swabbing darah dia atas jalan raya. - Pasukan K9 tidak menjumpai apa-apa bukti.
