Get into the spirit of unity and patriotism with Imperial Hotel Kuching's sumptuous 'Best of Malaysia Cuisine' buffet spread, featuring dinner and hi-tea, at Imperial Garden Restaurant.

The Buffet Dinner promotion is available on August 29-30 (Saturday and Sunday) from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm. It comprises Malaysia's unique flavors ranging from assorted cold dishes; soup; delightful hot dishes; offerings under the heating lamp; and various types of food stations – such as deep fried station, grill station, carving station, noodle station, and more!

For starters, diners can whet their appetite with delectable choice of refreshing and authentic cold dishes from around Malaysia such as Umai Ikan, Umai Udang, Sambal Tempoyak Salai Ikan Keli, Labu Timun Dayak, Kerabu Buah Mempelam, and Gado-gado – to name a few.

The Imperial Hotel Kuching's dedicated and talented culinary team presents specially-crafted Hot Dishes that includes the unique diversity of Malaysian dishes.

The team presents trademark dishes of various states around the country such as Sarawak's very own Nasi Beras Bukit, the exotic Manuk Upa Pisang (chicken cooked with banana shoots), one of Malacca's signature dish called the Itik Sio Nyonya, Negeri Sembilan's flavourful Udang Masak Lomak Cili Api, Gulai Kuzi Kambing which originates from Kelantan, Sabah's delectable seafood dish called Ambal Goreng Masam Manis Bertelur, the mouthwatering Gulai Pisang Muda from Johor, including Singgang Ikan Selayang as well as Sotong Celup Tepung Pencicah Asam Cili – originate from Terengganu. Guest may also taste Perak's signature dishes such as the unique-flavoured Salt-baked Chicken, cooked to perfection. Also, do not miss the chance to savour Perak's Stew Duck with Ginger & Black Beans and many more!

Under the Heating Lamp, guests are served with Sarawak's original Pansoh Ikan. At the Action & Carving Section, guests may opt for the delicious Tandoori Kaki Kambing, the flavourful Hainanese Chicken with Rice and Condiments, Ayam Perap 'Laksa' and more. For seafood and fish lovers, try out the fresh and sumptuous Sotong Serai Kunyit and Pari Bersambal. Roti Jala, Roti Canai could be found at the Live Station. For noodle lovers, try out various choices at the Noodle Station such as Penang Laksa Asam, Malacca Curry Laksa and Perak Beef Noodle Soup – to name a few.

Diners may end their gastronomical journey on a sweet note with delightful and unique Malaysian desserts such as Kueh Keladi Kukus Bersalut Inti, Tapai Nasi, Kelupis Kelapa Parut, Onde-onde Buah Melaka, Kueh Kasoi, Bingka Labu, Rempeyek, 'Lek Tau Suan' (also known as Lentil Soup with Yu Cha Kueh), and more!

Meanwhile, the Best of Malaysia Cuisine Hi-Tea Buffet is available from Aug 29-31 (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and is available from 1 pm to 4 pm.
