malam terakhir <b>di kuching</b> ~ <b>makan</b> makanan sarawak & naik <b>...</b> Posted: 06 Jun 2014 06:30 PM PDT pagi khamis tu, 22.5.2014 dijamu dgn laksa sarawak utk breakfast. akmal sarawak terbaik!!! dpt juga merasa laksa sarawak di sarawak :-) jgn lupa baca part 1 ~ kisah trauma naik kapal terbang! and kami amat gembira tak terkata sebab management kata, " ari ni ada bas..." yeszaaaa tak payah la nak sewa van utk jalan ke waterfront :-) alhamdulillah... kebetulan kami da plan nak gi dinner kat satu kedai makan ~ My Village Barok. merasa makanan sarawak gitu hi hi hi... kul 5.30 ptg kami da keluar dari akmal... dinner jam 6 ptg nanti di Barok tu. kedai makan tu senang je, dari Mira Cake House, hujung jalan tu aje... confirm korang jumpa la :-)
linut ~ tepung sagu yg dicurahkan dgn air panas, katanya. then dia mcm gam gitu. tapi tak melekat! guna copstik, gulung-gulung and cicah sambal belacan tu. linut rasa nyer tawar! sebab tu cicah dgn sambal belacan :-)
ayam pansuh ~ ni plak kata nya di masak dlm buluh. tapi bila dihidangkan kat kami da sedia dlm mangkuk gitu. ayam dan air (air ni jadi la sup) masak dlm buluh sekali dgn daun ubi kayu tu.
mee kolok ~ yg saya rasa mcm maggi goreng saje hi hi hi
abis je dinner... lepas solat maghrib, kami terus nak naik perahu gi seberang... nak merasa naik perahu la jugak alang-alang ada masa lagi... tambang nya waktu mlm, pergi RM1 and balik RM1... ok la tu ha ha.. hmmmm apa lagi, da sampai seberang, kami 6 orang berjalan lagi la... cuci mata... cuci poket ha ha ha... shopping skit lagi...
alhamdulillah... pagi 23.5.2014 tu bangun dgn ceria dan gembira. mlm ni boleh tido kat umah yahoooo...
